Arc. Babatunde Adebayo W. Adeniji is a highly accomplished and dynamic professional with extensive expertise in architecture, project management, and real estate development. With a strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State, Babatunde is a licensed and registered architect recognized by the Architect Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) and the Nigeria Institute of Architects (NIA). His qualifications are further endorsed by international bodies such as the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Nigeria Environmental Society (NES).
Babatunde is also a Certified International Project Manager (CIPM) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Project Management (FAAPM), holding a Master’s Project Manager (MPM) certification. His credentials are complemented by hands-on experience in project management and business analysis, both in the UK and Nigeria.
