Anthonia Iseghohimeh-Cole brings extensive expertise in food safety, microbiology, and quality control to her role at Ford Cole Group, ensuring compliance and high standards across all stages of agro-food production. As the Chief Quality Control and Compliance Officer of the Agro-Foods Division, Anthonia leads initiatives in occupational health, safety, and environmental protection, focusing on identifying and mitigating biological hazards throughout the supply chain. Her background in industrial microbiology and compliance has enabled her to establish effective processes that optimize safety and quality, particularly in cassava crop production and export operations.
With hands-on experience from notable organizations such as the Federal Institute of Industrial Research, Oshodi, and Amazano Foods Limited, Anthonia has developed strong skills in regulatory compliance, risk management, and supply chain oversight. Her commitment to rigorous safety protocols has positioned Ford Cole Group's Agro-Foods Division as a model of best practices in food quality and workplace safety.
Anthonia is a member of both the Association of Industrial Microbiologists of Nigeria (AIMN) and the Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA), UK, which reflects her commitment to professional excellence in industrial microbiology and safety standards. She holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology from Ambrose Alli University and has pursued additional certifications in ISO standards, infection control, and environmental health, underscoring her dedication to continuous improvement. She is also actively engaged in the community, contributing to public health awareness and literacy initiatives.
